#3 OLDER WORKERS TRANSITION TO NEW TECHNOLOGY
Once known skills have now shifted with the requirement to navigate the world of technology. Computerized equipment continues to become the norm in everyday life and in the workforce. Telephone Systems, Cash Registers, Copying Machines are all becoming more sophisticated and complicated to many people over the age of 45.
Older workers can sometimes be left behind if they don't receive the support they need to make the transition.
